Hello everyone!
This post begins the Ireland Team Blog for 2009. I have kept the entries for the past couple of years on the blog so everyone can see what kind of entries to expect this summer and to provide background for our ministry in Ireland this summer. As you can see, most of the photos from last year were posted from my mobile phone along with short entries. We will be doing that again this year because it allows us to post from anywhere in Ireland whether or not we have internet access so we can keep everyone at home continuously updated. We will be posting updates at key air travel departure and arrival times as well so family members and friends will know where we are and if we are on schedule. Since Ireland is six hours ahead of Central Time in the US, there will often be several posts on the blog for viewing first thing in the morning.
We are looking forward to a wonderful time of ministry in Carlow and Athy, Ireland this summer! Thank you for your prayers, support and encouragement and we look forward to sharing the journey with you!
