The last two days have been very, very busy. Had a good group of kids yesterday during kids club in the afternoon. Had 19 last night come in for teen witness Devin Bowman who has been over with us three times for the kids club. He came over from Carlow where he is working on a ministry this summer and spoke to the youth group. Last day today with 31 kids. Local Helpers were a big plus this year since so few were able to come from Birmingham.
Time to be thinking of next year!! Always first two weeks of July!!
Can’t believe it is time to pack up and head back.

Wow! It has been so busy, I can’t remember if I sent an update last night. So I’m sending a few pictures tonight . We had a good group of kids yesterday and today for the daytime clubs. We went from 11 teenagers last night to 23 tonight. We are using the same theme “running the race with Jesus.” William spoke last night and took the lesson yesterday with the kids club. I taught the lesson today and did the talk with the teens tonight. Meredith will be doing the lesson and teen talk tomorrow so prayers are appreciated through the week. The weather has been cool with no unexpected hot weather as in the past. We got to go to Moone this morning which has a high cross and monastery ruins which are very beautiful.

Kids club again today in Athy. Had a good number for the first day, somewhere around 30 with around 11 or 12 in the evening. Played games and learned more about Jesus. The younger kids always enjoyed the games the crafts and the lessons.

Friday was a wonderful day. Lots of children and a great crowd for the Friday evening service and African Asian dinner.

Very good day today with the children and new ones each day. The messages are going well the theme is running the race with Jesus Christ as the supreme champion. I will be teaching the lesson tomorrow on Peter and Christ’s forgiveness. Was a very good crowd this evening for the European night dinner. Ladies from the church made different dishes and it was incredibly good. Rev. Rea gave a message on knowing the Lord and making a difference in life. Please pray for the hearts of those attending the first time and that they will be interested in coming again Friday nite and visiting the church as well.

William is such a great sport! Gives his all. Had more children today and they love playing with the parachute. Visiting with local church members and new guys here to help with sports ministry. Weather has been very good so far. Rain, but light and not too hot.

Has been a beautiful day! Attended church so enjoyed seeing everyone again. As always, Pastor Rea had a fantastic sermon. Spent the afternoon preparing for the meals tomorrow night and gathering crafts for tomorrow afternoon for the first day of Club. Great to see Devin again and meet Huston. Continue prayers for William to heal and recover motion with his shoulder.

Eric has done well with driving on other side of road. 🙂  Work starts tomorrow so please pray for teaching lessons and children’s hearts to be open. William is healing well, but has a long way to go.
